Privacy and security
When you text us, your phone number, message content, and delivery metadata are processed by our communications provider, Twilio, and made available to DFR only for customer support, security, delivery troubleshooting, and required compliance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. DFR may use communications providers such as Twilio only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and comply with this support messaging program.
Never text us a password, one-time verification code, payment-card number, banking information, medical record, or other secret. DFR support does not need those values and will not ask for them by text.
Important limits
This text program is for ordinary product support. It is not an emergency, medical, navigation-rescue, law-enforcement, or safety service. In an emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency authority directly.
